UPDATED July 28, 2024:

Please note: We are implementing the following protocols to keep our clients and staff safe. These enhanced policies are in addition to our existing standards of practice in accordance with Vancouver Coastal Health and WorkSafe BC.

Personal Protection Equipment

  • MASKS: As of May 12, 2022, we are a ‘mask optional’ studio- this is dependent on artist and client comfortability. .If you have recently been exposed to Covid-19, your artist may prefer you wear a mask during your tattoo session. You may also ask your artist to wear a mask when you arrive to your appointment (they don’t mind, so don’t hesitate to ask!)

Hand Hygiene and Sanitization

  • As usual, we remain diligent in ensuring we prevent the spread of any disease with frequent hand washing, sanitizing, and routinely wiping down all hard surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants.

  • Clients will be offered hand sanitizer when entering and exiting the shop. If you wish to have your phone or water bottle with you at your station, we will provide rubbing alcohol to sanitize these items.

Consultations and walk-ins

  • At this time, most consultations will be done virtually or over the phone. You will be informed at the time of booking your consultation how your artist will be contacting you., or if they prefer you come into the shop.

  • If your artist has asked you to come in for a consultation in the shop, please do not bring any guests.

Guests, personal belongings and waiver

  • Please do not bring guests to your tattoo session.

  • Each client will have a sanitized bin to keep personal items in, this bin will go with you to the station you are being tattooed at.

  • You will be emailed a link to fill out our revised online waiver, please ensure this is submitted no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • When your appointment is finished and you have completed payment with our Front of House, we ask that you please exit the studio to give space to other clients.

Traveling clients:

If you do not live within the Vancouver Coastal Health region, we ask that you respect whatever the suggested Provincial Health travel restrictions are during the date of your appointment. Please make sure to check https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/covid-19/travel/current at least 2 weeks prior to your travel plans to know what the restrictions are.  Contact us as soon as possible if your appointment will be affected by these advisories.

We will keep this page updated as best we can. In the meantime, stay safe and please let us know if you have any questions, concerns or feedback.
